Latest NZNF News
In the December issue of our Newsletter, we look back at our achievements during 2016. We have been focused on communication and as our website and other communciation channels continue to grow it indicates there is a real need for easily understood, evidence based food and nutrition information. More and more we are focusing on the development of cooking skills as the best way we can help improve the food environment and encourage health and wellness. This has been shown by the positive feedback to the JUST COOK Community Kits and Challenge.
The aim of the NZNF Bulletin is to update you on issues of importance or topical interest relating to nutrition and physical activity of older people. In the December issue we have a look at how lifestyle can assist in keeping us cancer-free.
Thank you to all who entered the JUST COOK Challenge. We are really impressed with all the creativity, time and effort put into your meal. Congratulations to all the category winners! Click here to view the winning entries
